Centric Technology Services was founded in 2002 by Philip Reagan after 17 years in the corporate world with Compaq Computer Corporation.  
For many years Philip felt there was a need to offer specialized technology services to businesses who themselves offer specialized services to their
customers, in particular Dental and Medical offices.  With a passion to ensure computers serve a specific function, reliably, Philip has sought to become a
reliable resource for technology services to Dental, Medical and other specialty businesses.  

Today, the company offers personalized service that goes beyond generalized computer support and installation. As a customer you will receive unbiased
technology recommendations with a focus on improving efficiencies and reliability of the computing systems that are now necessary in today’s successful
business environment.  The goal is to help your business utilize technology to streamline your operations and improve services to your customers.

Philip Reagan, President

Philip Reagan is the founder of Centric Technology Services. His love for computers began in 1980 when he purchased his first programmable calculator in
order to use it to earn his degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Computer Architecture.  Philip graduated from Texas A&M University in 1985
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.  The first 17 years of his career were spent working at Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston where
he held various engineering positions from Systems Engineering up to Executive Management in Engineering.  His entire career at Compaq was focused on
Systems Design, Systems Test, Problem Solving and Systems Integration.  

Philip has always had an interest in making the computer systems work well together and loves to see them serve some useful purpose.  He has been
actively involved in his wife’s dental practice since she started in 1989 and has been persistently pushing her to embrace the capabilities technology can
offer to the success of her practice.  Now she is persistently pushing him to move faster to implement newer and better technology into her practice.

Philip enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters and participating in the numerous activities that interest them.  His interests, although quirky to
some, include collecting historical Texas Maps and antique calculators.  He especially loves to travel remote parts of the country such as the Big Bend area
of Texas
Justin Brown, Technology Specialist

Justin began pursuing a career in electronics while serving in the Army.  His work ethic led him to being recognized as the first ever Department
of the Army Soldier of the Year. After an honorable discharge, Justin continued pursuit of electronic repair careers in the private sector. His
attention to detail and ability to communicate well with others allowed him to excel in the calibration and repair of a wide range of test,
measurement and diagnostic equipment.

Justin currently holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science in
Information Technology part-time. Through this endeavor he is continually exposed to the latest computer technology and skills which he uses on
a daily basis with CTS customers.  The fact that he is maintaining a 4.0 GPA demonstrates his commitment to perform to the best of his ability in
whatever he does.

Outside of the office (and the classroom), Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and his two year old daughter Riley.  His hobbies
include getting outdoors with the family to places like the zoo, the aquarium, and parks in the area as well as hitting the ice rink to play hockey at
least once a week.
Treneita Daniels, Service Coordinator

Treneita Daniels started her professional career in 1995 as a Teller for Nations Bank in Dallas, Texas. As she furthered her career in Banking she moved on
to the attention to detail oriented, Currency Reporting Unit, which directly interfaced with the IRS. In 2001 Treneita relocated to Houston, TX and moved
her interest into the Medical field.  During her tenure at the Children’s Clinic of Katy she focused her skills on giving attention to a different kind of
customer. As a Receptionist she had to lend an empathetic ear to mothers of ill children.  Several years later her desire to be closer to home led her to
Klein Forest High School where she became a co-Teacher for developmentally challenged students.  Treneita is a compassionate caring individual and giving
attention to the customer is a valued asset she possesses.

Treneita is married and has two beautiful children. When she is not enjoying family time, she enjoys dining with friends, shopping, traveling and browsing
Estate Sales. She is an active member at her church and volunteers at her children's schools.
Hayley Taylor, Marketing Representative

Hayley Taylor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis from Miami of Ohio and over fifteen years of sales and support experience with
companies such as Prime Computer, Control Data, and Versatec, a Xerox Company.  During her time with these companies she has worked on both the
sales and support sides of the house where she has demonstrated organizational, leadership and time management skills which have contributed
significantly to the timely completion of projects, increased sales and profitability.

Outside of the office, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She stays involved with the community through her church and
organizations such as the National Charity League and Champion Forest Women's Club. Hayley also enjoys playing the piano.
Paul Vitello, Technology Specialist

Paul is a versatile technical professional with significant marketing, networking and IT experience.  He graduated with honors from Boston University with
a Masters in Computer Science.  Paul has 25+ years experience in the High Tech industry, most recently with companies such as Nortel Networks, Compaq
Computer and 3COM Corporation.  While having major strengths in strategic planning, tactical execution and customer advocacy, Paul also possesses
strong organizational, leadership and communication skills that have been essential to his success in specific areas of focus such as network and systems

Outside of the office Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, and teaching computer classes at Cy-Fair College.  He also enjoys an occasional
round of golf.
Joan Shirk, Office Manager

Joan has been involved with the computer industry on and off since 1980.  Her initial clerical support to design engineers and drafters.  She quickly moved
on to production control, inventory planning and finally to warehouse supervision (receiving/ production /finished goods /shipping).  In 1990, she took a
position with Compaq as an Inventory Control Planner where she held many supervisory positions including Inventory Control, Production Control, and
New Product Operations Management.  

Joan has been married for over 19 years.  She has three wonderful children, a beautiful 13 year old yellow lab, two hamsters, and too many fish to count.  
She stays involved in the community with various civic organizations and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, scrapbooking, redecorating her
home, traveling and spending quality time with her friends.
Justin Homeyer, Project Manager

Justin jumped in to technology at the ripe old age of 12, starting his own company to build and repair computers in his home town of Willis, TX.  
He went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and a certificate in Executive Leadership from Texas A&M
University in 2007.  While at Texas A&M Justin was actively involved in the Corps of Cadets, eventually becoming the Finance Officer,
Recruiting Officer, and Training Officer for his outfit and a Judge on the Cadet Court.  He also enjoyed 4 years as the TAMU Chapter President,
and 2 years as the National Student Council Vice President of the Society of American Military Engineers.

Using his extensive knowledge of PCs, Macs, Systems Integration, and the medical environment;  Justin strives to be the best technology
resource possible for your office, not just to resolve your problems, but to help you make the best move for you toward new technologies.

Outside of the office Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and daughter, Kennedy.  The whole family enjoys giving back to the
community, staying very involved with their Church.  Rain or shine you’ll find the Homeyers in the outdoors; camping, hiking, fishing, biking,
hunting, or out for a cruise in the old Mustang.
