Office Expansion and New Construction
Network Design:
We realize how crucial your computers and the communication between them are to the success
and growth of your business, we are therefore committed to assisting you in the design and
implementation of a complete network solution which could include everything from cabling,
computer equipment and networking, to audio/video solutions.

Space Planning:
We will work closely with you and your contractor to determine the location of each computer,
network device, and A/V component in an effort to help you avoid the expense of change orders by
ensuring  all pre-wiring and backing is installed  according to plan and that they can be positioned
optimally.

Breaking Ground:
We ensure we are available when needed to coordinate the efforts of your General Contractor and
Suppliers so that schedules, plans and requirements are shared and deadlines are met.

Rough-in:
Working with your General Contractor, we will pre-wire all data, video and voice wiring before the
walls and ceilings are closed.    This will ensure accurate placement and minimize damage if done
later in the project.

Cable Termination:
to ensure a reliable high quality connection.

Installation:
To ensure a timely and accurate installation of  equipment and software, we will pre-configure  and
test your computers for your network before they arrive at your office.  Application software will be
installed and printers and backup solutions will be configured and tested.  Once the installation
begins at your location, we will ensure all devices are accurately installed and configured as well as
neatly positioned.    

Training:
We provide training with all system installations to make sure your staff knows how to work
efficiently and effectively within their business computing environment.
 

First Day Live:
We want to be sure your first day live goes as smoothly as possible and for that reason we will have
one of our Customer Service Representatives on-site to answer questions and address any technical
issues that may arise.

Ongoing Support:
Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to answer questions and resolve issues
that may arise on a daily basis.  Whether you are having a major problem with your hardware and
software or are simply having trouble accessing the Internet,  we will be available to help you on an
ongoing basis.  We will also be available to assist you with additional upgrades and add-ons as your
business continues to grow.
